Paid way too much!

I gave this item 2 stars only because of the price. The product is a really good product. But the price is way too HIGH!!!!! I went to Trader Joes and paid $3.99 for the shampoo and $3.99 for the conditioner! Talk about feeling like a fool!You know the old saying "Buyer Beware" In this case it is oh so true! I do love the shampoo and conditioner. It is a good product.

My new favorite shampoo and conditioner

Finally! Relief for my itching scalp. I have tried many different shampoos that say they will take care of itchy scalp, but none of them have worked very well for me. I had been using another tea tree shampoo and conditioner and had some relief, so I thought this would be worth a shot. This product arrived two weeks ago and I tried it that evening. I was amazed at the results, no itching and nice soft hair. As an added bonus, it is even less expensive than the other brand that didn't quite do the job for me. Usage note: then conditioner is VERY concentrated, use about a third as much as you normally would when applying it.

Like gooey peppermint toothpaste on your head

I love that this product is cruelty free and I usually like the mint/floral fragrance combinations too. But this shampoo and conditioner has a very heavy peppermint smell. The consistency is watery and I end up using more of the product to get a good lather. The conditioner does not give me enough moisturizer. If you have oily hair and love the smell of peppermint, I think you will like this product. Not terrible for me, just did not fit the bill for my needs.
