Aveeno Sulfate Free Shampoo

I have naturally curly hair and have been using sulfate free shampoo/conditioner for a while now. I started out with Infusium 23, then tried Loreal Evercreme and now Aveeno. Out of all three, I love the way Aveeno smells! I feel like the Loreal Evercreme shampoo left my hair feeling more nourished/softer after each use. This Aveeno shampoo isn't bad just not as good, in my opinion, than Loreal's. Aveeno's conditioner, on the other hand, beats all three! I'll write a review for that next.

Great shampoo!

I normally dont leave reviews of products but this product was so great i couldnt help myself! I have been rotating between pantene, garnier, herbal essences shampoos and conidtioners (and the like) forever. Recently my head has been a little itchy and irritated from product build up. I decided to try a sulfate free shampoo and tried it out. Today was my first time using it and i have not itched all day. After using the shampoo and conditioner my hair and scalp felt so much cleaner! It smells great and left my hair feeling great too! (i am asian and have fairly thick hair. Generally speaking it is straight but has some wave and natural body to it). I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a 'clarifying' shampoo.

I'm editing my review because I have completely changed my mind about this product. I found the issue I was having (not feeling a thorough clean) was due to the conditioner I was using. This is a light shampoo. If you have thin or color treated hair, consider this product. Sulfates take out the color and dull it - you just spent a lot of money! Don't wash it away with your shampoo!I use this shampoo with Dove Nourishing Oil Conditioner, 25.4 Ounce and LOVE THE RESULTS. That particular conditioner is creamy and not an oil. I wish they would take "oil" out of the title.Try the two together. Especially if you can't use heavy products in your hair. You will love it.
