Not what it promises to be

This product is not what it claims to be. I have been using this shampoo for years, so I know what it smells and looks like. When I received the product I realized immediately that they had refilled both the conditioner and the shampoo with some other product. Do not trust this seller, and always be aware of what you are purchasing.

I've been using this shampoo for some time and when I purchased a bottle from this seller. I immediately knew something was wrong, my scalp started flaking and my hair had an oily residue. As soon I switched to a new bottle purchased from a salon, the problem went away within one wash. I contacted amazon and got my money refunded without any problems. Be cautious in purchasing items from this seller!

Do not buy from "Salon Products Direct" dishonest

I ordered Schwarzkopf BC Bonacure Color Save Sulfate-Free Shampoo from "Salon Products Direct" and was sent Schwarzkopf BC Bonacure Color Save with a label slapped on the side of product say "Sulfate Free". The second ingredient in the shampoo was SULFATE. This shampoo would have ruined my Brazilian blowout that I paid $200 for.I feel this was extremely dishonest on "Salon Products Direct" part. And feel that Salon Products Direct was in hopes that consumers would not read any further than their label they slapped on the product. As consumers we want to believe in these sellers and that what we are purchasing is what we are getting. Buyer beware.Schwarzkopf BC Bonacure Color Save Sulfate-Free Shampoo for Color is a good shampoo.
