Gentle, but smells of garlic and peanuts.

I love this shampoo! It's so mild to my skin. I am a 33 year old female with extra-sensitive skin that breaks out using traditional, store-bought hair products. My hair is fine, straight, and shoulder-length. Simply using this shampoo, without conditioner, leaves my hair soft enough that I can easily get a comb through my hair. Once my hair is dry, it is slightly fly-away, but still manageable. If you've never smelled neem before, please find a bottle at a health food store and take a big whiff. This shampoo smells pretty much like neem straight from the bottle, just a little less overwhelming. I describe the smell as a mixture between garlic and raw peanuts. The smell is a personal preference, and I happen to find it unoffensive and actually like it. I can see kids not enjoying this product if they are used to traditional products with fruity aromas.

Great shine to dry hair

My daughter (3yrs.old) has such dry hair that it almostbreaks when I was it . Ive tryed many gluten free organicproducts and this is the only one that works.The sent is oddthe NEEM but is so good for your hair. I like the sent it doseget a little getting use to . Excellent for hair that needsmoisure and shine.

Strong smell!

I was so pleased with the original Thera Neem Shampoo, that I bought this one for my daughter since its made for kids. It has a very strong scent and my daughter hates it! It also doesn't work as well to prevent itching and flaking. I'd stick with the original Thera Neem Shampoo.
