Pureology Shampoo & Conditioner

I have purchased this product before and I am absolutely addicted to it. The product makes me hair very soft & silky and I always get so many compliments on it. Also, I've shopped around and I can actually get a better price for it over Target (which only carries certain colors/types, and hardly ever carries this one anyway).The only thing I was surprised about was the fact that it came in a priority mail ENVELOPE w/a thin layer of bubble wrap and not a box. It was the first time I've ever received a liquid package that came in an envelope. That being said, it came undamaged and was in good shape.

Great at color protection but.....

I bought this shampoo/conditioner after my hairdresser highly recommended it. I began using it immediately after I colored my hair (about 2 months ago). It has definitely kept my color from fading more than any other product I've tried (my hair is dyed black and fades very easily). My hair has faded a tiny bit but that's only natural and is inevitable over time. On the other hand, I've noticed my scalp has become increasingly dry and flaky. I found this ironic since it's supposed to be hydrating. I haven't done anything different to my hair routine other than the shampoo and conditioner so I can only assume that's what's causing it.

I absolutely LOVE this shampoo and conditioner. The smell is like aroma therapy in your shower, not to mention how it feels when you use it! My hair will stay clean for a lot longer than any other shampoo I've used. Definitely worth the price!
