Greasy hair

This has a strong mint scent but not perfume like. After one wash my hair felt so greasy. I washed again. It was worse. I thought maybe it was just the feeling and it would go away. I used the matching conditioner and my hair became even more greasy.Upon blow drying I could not get my hair dry. The grease was horrible. I had to rewash my hair. I washed it 3 times and it still felt off. I couldn't wash anymore.Oddly enough the scent became stronger. It took 5 washes to get the feeling and smell to go away.

I saw this guy on Sheer Genius on V and was skeptical. You know how they are a;ways trying to sell you stuf, but how do you know until you try it on your hair. My Mother gave it to me and I have to say that this is the best I have tried andI have TRIED THEM ALL! My mother gave it to me - my hair gets dry in winter and in summer. I use conditioner but I need a deep conditioning for my color treated hair about once a month. MY hair also had volume and shine itnever had before. This product does exactly what it says it does. I moved to Florida in January and I have long curly hair. We have a Culligan system here to soften the water and that just made my problems with frizz and humidity worse. I already used all of Tigi products but use the curly hair collection. Well I will tell you this product really does take care of the humidity and frizz issue. It works wonderfully and I wouldn't be without it. The only Shampoo for me!

I use Tigi Some Like it Hot shampoo with its conditioner mate every day and it always delivers smooth, static-free and shiny hair. I have very fine hair and I have yet to find a shampoo that cleans and beautifies as well.

Good Shampoo, just not crazy about the scent

I love how my hear feels and looks but the scent is not my favorite. I went thru a bottle of the pink one before and liked that scent better. Forget what its called now. Still gonna finish this one, so I guess it's bearable.

Hair One as Compared to Wen

I have been a Wen user since 2008. I bought this in a Sally's beauty store for around $11.00 because I ran out of Wen and couldn't afford to get more right away. I have extremley thick,course African-American hair and Wen does wonders for me. Compared to Wen Hair One is just OK. Wen is much richer and thicker and it smells a lot better than Hair One. But in a pinch Hair One will suffice. I will say that Hair One did give my hair body and cleanse just like Wen does. But my hair was much more tangeled when wet and felt drier after using a blowdryer. If you have never tried Wen you could fall in love with Hair One because it is still a million times better than traditional shampoo. I will use this again when I can't afford Wen.

Wonderful on natural African-American hair!!!!!!

I have 4a - 4b hair. I've been natural for over a year now and wanted a replacement for shampoos with sodium lauryl and harsh chemicals. Looked at WEN, but the product was so expensive. I was skeptical about how One Hair would perform on natural, African-American hair. I washed my hair and could not believe how soft and manageable it was after getting out of the shower. I'm sold, I'll never go back. One Hair, please do not change your product! It's wonderful!

WOW, WOW, WOW!!

I have tried about everything on the market for my DRY, ITCHY scalp. I can't think of a time in my 36 years when my head didn't itch or have flaking. It was like an unwanted shadow, unable to shake loose of this burden, until now. I bought this at a beauty supply store along with a scalp massager and natural bristle hair brush (both are recommended for healthy scalp). Tried it last night in the shower and holy cow! It's has a pleasant odor, you can feel it working on the scalp (not meaning to sound like a commercial, but it's true), and the overall feeling of my hair and scalp was incredible afterwards. No matter what my prior attempts at trying to rid my scalp of this nuisance, it would always have the annoying scaliness...after last night's usage of this product, I was amazed when looking in the mirror when I saw what appeared to be a normal, healthy scalp. I had my wife look too, as I was skeptical after so many attempts and years of dealing with this affliction, and she saw the same as I did, a normal, healthy scalp. Only one use, too. Like the others have said, it's a little on the costly side, but if you have dealt with dry scalp like I have, it's worth every penny, plus some. I don't care if I have to buy a bottle a month, it works great and I don't plan to use anything else. It truly is magic in a bottle. Do yourself a favor and go buy this product. I am amazed.

A Disappointment

Let me start by saying, I generally love Giovanni hair care products, but the new "magnetic" line is just an excuse to charge a premium price for a mediocre product. I found this shampoo and conditioner left a smelly residue on my hair that made it feel greasy and weighed down.Instead, I recommend the Giovanni 50/50 Balance and Tea Tree product lines. They are cheaper and more effective.

This shampoo and conditioner are the best I have used. Used to buy at whole foods but they no longer carry it in stock. I was pleased to see I could order it on amazon and at a better price than whole foods. This shampoo and conditioner leaves my fine hair soft and full of body.
