Not what I expected

When I opened the box expecting to see two 33.8oz bottles, I was only shocked to find a small 3oz empty, plain plastic bottle. I called amazon and they refunded my purchase immediately. Please be aware this product is not what was expected.

i cant describe how DISSAPINTED i am with this! before i go on any further i gotta say that i ordered this product because of the user's comment towards it. but in my case the comments are not as CLOSE! i can truely say that ive been robbed, SCAMMED! i bought "supposedly" an excellent product the joico smooth cure shampoo & conditioner of 33.8 Oz and instead i received two empty 1oz plastic bottles!!!!!! as you can see on the pictures below.THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! i want my money back AND ill keep giving bad reference and feeds of this til my fingers hurts!!!!!!!

The conditioner is not very moisturizing or detangling on my hair. It actually tore my hair about from me trying to comb through in the shower.
