Great Shampoo for fine hair!

This product is fantastic. I have fine hair that I have colored every 8 weeks and I hated Pureology's drying effect (due to their use of SLS). I read reviews and decided to give Kenra a try. I am very pleased with the shampoo and will continue to use it. However, the shipping through Amazon was awful. I paid for shipping of this product and it was "forgotten" and delayed for two weeks. I asked Amazon for a shipping refund since it was their fault (they admitted it) and received no response. Sometimes Amazon is irresponsible and infuriating. However, that said, buy the product, just try to find it in a salon or an Ulta store instead of dealing with this nonsense.

Not my new shampoo

I wanted to try a sulfate free shampoo and Kenra had the best reviews. I don't completely hate it, but it's definitely not my new shampoo. I don't shampoo my hair everyday because it's fine and dries out easily, and perhaps if I did this shampoo would work fine, but to get my hair clean with this shampoo I have to use it 2-3 time each shower. I knew it wasn't suppose to lather much when I bought it but I thought it would move through my hair similar to conditioner, but it doesn't; which is why it takes a couple shampoos to clean the hair. In addition is if VERY thin. You have to be careful and put the shampoo in your palm, not on your finger - or it will run right through them wasting this expensive shampoo. I even tried shaking the bottle thinking maybe it just separated a bit, but that doesn't help. I think it did help hold my color which is good - but I put it away for the summer since the sun often bleaches the hair anyway. Overall disappointed and will stay with using Biolage Color Care shampoo instead.

This Shampoo seemed watered down.

My hairdresser notified me that the platinum was being phased out so I was glad to have found this on Amazon. It does lather but the consistency of this shampoo was the same as water. Not so happy with my purchase. I've ordered Kenra online before and I don't remember the shampoo being this consistency. And I admit I read the reviews after the my purchase. With a brand like Kenra sold on Amazon I didn't think I needed to think twice.
