Don't understand

This product dried my hair out so much that I had to stop using it. Usually I will eventually use up most of the shampoos and conditioners I try even if I'm not too happy with them. This was by far the worst product I have ever used and I'm not normally picky. I have very dry, bleached hair and haven't found any products that I think were wonderful. But this made my hair so dried out and unmanageable I couldn't use it. Having said that, there are a ton of positive reviews, so my hair might be the exception.

Rich and moisturizing! My favorite in the EverCreme line.

I adore this conditioner! I am not a fan of silicones and this product has NONE. What separates this conditioner from the others is how thick, creamy and moisturizing it is. It feels like I am spoiling myself every day when I hop into the shower. It's an excellent start to my day to think that I've just visited a spa that morning!After shampooing, I squeeze all the excess water from my hair and work in a golf ball-sized dollop from the ends (where I apply most of the product) to the roots (whatever is left on my hands). I clip my hair up, finish the rest of my shower and then rinse really well. No tangles! My hair is smooth and soft even after styling and it actually feels FULLER. Bonus: I get so many comments on how nice my hair smells. It's been compared to sugar cookies and vanilla cupcakes if that gives you any indication on how lucious it is scented. Thank you, Loreal!

I've got fine/thin hair, which means it doesn't usually take much to make it smooth and silky. However, I've subjected my hair to some intense heat lately (super hot blow dryer mixed with a hot iron), and therefore have noticed that my hair ended up dry and lifeless. My hair dresser recommended I look into some deep conditioning methods at home, which was surprising to me as my hair is so fine. I was immediately put off thinking that anything that sounds like "deep conditioning" would make my hair heavy and greasy. I tried some hot oil treatments, and they were garbage. Soft for a day, then drier than before.Then I saw this conditioner in Walgreen's one day. The price was right, the smell was amazing, and I took a chance on something that had the words "creme" in it. I've tried other Loreal conditioners in the past, and didn't much care for how heavy it left my hair. But this conditioner takes out all the stops. I've only been using it about 5 days now, but my hair is completely different. Each strand is so smooth now, and to top it off, it doesn't feel heavy or greasy in the least! My hair even feels softer after I shampoo it a day after I last used the conditioner. I can't tell you how clean and refreshing this conditioner makes my hair feel. It's soft and bouncy, not heavy and sitting on my head like an over-conditioned mop. I'm way in love with this conditioner. I couldn't recommend it enough!
