Well water fix, stopped hair from turning red and looks and feels great now

I had problems with my hair turning red no matter what my hairdesser and I tried because of my well water, which is 'soft' not hard water. Many other women aound my city had similar problems. It took us a while to figure it out, and I tried other products, but most shammpoos made to remove Chlorine strip your hair badly and even though this is an expensive product, it is worth it to me as now my hair is soft, shiny, and healthy without worrying about my color changing and stipping out all the moisture and oils in hair. I am a brunette with 'lowlights in hair 4 inches past shoulder.The other reviewer probably needs one of the other 'swimmer's shampoos that are too harsh for me.And my 8.5 ounces lasts me about 4 months for both shampoo and conditioner.I, for one, hope this product is around a long time!

I'm a model and to stay in shape I started swimming every day, but the chlorine in the pool at my gym was really messing up my hair, leaving it dry and brittle. In pictures, my hair looked terrible and I couldn't continue like that if I wanted to book jobs. I use a swim cap and would even wet my hair and put conditioner on before putting on the cap to get extra protection against the chlorine, but to no avail. I tried several other products for removing the chlorine residue, including organic shampoo and conditioner (Aubrey Organics), but I still felt my hair was in very poor condition. I couldn't even run my fingers through it without feeling how terrible it was. I considered giving up swimming. Then I tried the Lanza Swim & Sun combo (shampoo + conditioner), and wow was I impressed! It allowed my hair to return to pre-swim condition. My hair is now soft and smooth like before, and no chlorine smell whatsoever, even though I swim every day. I love the citrus scent as well, it's not too "feminine smelling". Great product for swimmers, would highly recommend. Only con is the high price and hard to find. Also would like to see it come in a bigger bottle.

Love this shampoo after swimming. Makes my hair feel soft instead if dry and brittle. My hair is black so I can't speak for its ability to prevent green looking hair.
