Next best Thing

I would highly recommend this product. I am a professional hairstylist. I have several geriatric clients that occasionally have health issues or surgeries that render them bedridden. This is the next best thing to a real shampoo. It lathers and it cleans the scalp as well as the hair. Unlike the clay-based spray products, it also will remove old styling product build-up. Afterwards I can blowdry and curl iron as usual. They all tell me that they feel truly clean. My mother in law was suffering a long recovery this past summer. I used this on her as well when she was in the hospital.

A substitute in a pinch.

This product is useful for invalids...it gets rid of the hair oil but I wasn't happy with the overall results...the hair was soft but rather dull. It is a good product to use if other alternatives are out of the question.

Excellent for washing hair of bedbound patient.

This product leaves hair smelling good and clean, and is very good for dry scalp. I leaves the hair shiney. I use it for my 92 year old mother who has been bed bound since Sept. 2008. I shampoo her hair 2 times a week. If the weather is cold, I warm a little of the shampoo in a cup in the microwave. It lathers up very well, and towel drys well.
