Removes excess styling aid build-up and chelates chlorine and mineral deposits prior to technical services. Use: Apply to wet hair, massage, let proceed for 2-3 minutes, then rinse. For clarifying action, proceed with the appropriate ACP Conditioner. For a chelating action, proceed with the technical service. Recommended twice a week or every 4 shampoos.

I have been on a Healthy Hair Journey, since May of this year. My concern has been how to take better care of my no-lye relaxed hair. I also set my hair each night with magnetic rollers, and I know that the build-up of setting lotion needs to be removed properly.I came across a woman on YouTube named Ms. Mikko. She described the effects of what a no-lye relaxer does to the hair; it leaves a calcium build-up, which can lock the hair shaft and dry out the hair. She went on to describe a process called "chelating". Chelating aids in the removal of not only calcium build-up, but minerals and styling products. I am not able to use lye relaxers, as my hair isn't strong enough to handle the chemical. But, I have been experiencing dryness for some time now, and I've been puchasing all kinds of products to moisturize my hair with minimal success. But after listening to her,(she is a professional hairsylist), I went on a search for a chelating shampoo. Eureka, I found one!!!!! Itely Chelating Treatment Shampoo!!!!!!!!After washing my hair with this Itely Chelating Treatment Shampoo, my hair was luxuriously soft!!!!!!!! I was concerned about it being left dry, but oh no! My hair not only felt great; it looked fabulous too! I will now incorporate this shampoo in my hair regimen!!!! Thank you YouTube, Ms. Mikko and Amazon.com and Itely products!!!!! Taking care of relaxed hair is a job, but it is getting easier with me getting better products! Wow!

my orginal comment was about my bottle being cracked but the 2nd time i ordered the product the seller used a better bottle for the product!!! the seller also great with shipping and my order both times came earlier than the estimated date,the product is very light and leaves your hair feeling clean!!! i love this shampoo.

This shampoo really works. It definitely removed the buildup that was weighing my hair down. I have thin, fine strands and my hair could be considered oily. I'm type 3c. I love that it's sulfate free and I can tell the difference in the overall health of my hair. Will purchase again.
