Medium OK

I was excited by the prospects for this product, but after a month I am medium lukewarm. Positives: The lavender smells absolutely wonderful, and it really does clean my hair. Not-so-positives: My hair is certainly soft and clean, but it has the texture of lambs-wool batting, like we used to stuff into ballet toe shoes. I adjusted my routine with it after a couple of weeks, using the Color Treat conditioner from Clairol as a finisher instead of using the Wen as a leave-in -- that improved matters a lot. But I still had to use the Dove Smooth & Soft anti-frizz product after styling to get over the batting texture. It was also much more difficult to style my hair, although I have to say that once it was styled it stayed that way until the next time I used it. Bottom line, after a month of using it exactly as directed (to give it time to "take"), I couldn't stand it any more and couldn't wait to use real shampoo again. I did this morning and my hair suddenly looks clean, looks and feels like hair and not batting, and is much easier to style (took 5 minutes this morning as opposed to the 15 from using Wen). And I don't have to use the anti-frizz product. I still have about a quarter of the bottle left but I won't be buying any more. (So I'm glad I purchased one bottle through Amazon, rather than signing up for the introductory package on tv, which comes with auto-renewal every month!)

Just TRY it!

WOW! That is all I can say. My dry, over-processed hair is so beautiful again! It is soft, and I have NOTHING in my hair (no product, hair spray, etc.). Feels liberating! I feel like a model! My hair swings, is bouncy, and soft. If you color your hair, you MUST try! (The Fig and Lavender are best for dry, processed hair. The Sweet Almond Mint and others are better for regular hair. Tea Tree for dandruff).

I have used Wen hair care products for over a year now and can not say anything but wonderful things about them. When you first try Wen, it feels odd not to have lather in your hair, but once you do it, you will never go back to regular shampoo again! I have forgotten to bring some along to my salon when getting my hair done and have had to settle for salon shampoo and my hair was flat and dull by comparison. My stylist can not believe the difference in my hair color, texture, volume and growth. With color treated hair, I could only go 3-4 weeks before my roots were showing. Using Wen, I broke a record this week~ 7 weeks between color!!! I definitely give all the credit to the Wen.I have tried all the scents, and favored the Fig for the last 9 months, but when I saw the Pomegranate, I thought I would give it a try.. I am not sure what the real difference between the fruit essences are, however I can tell you, this is now my favorite~~Wen hair care is for ALL hair types, styles, ethnicity's~ follicular challenged~dry scalp, it just works wonders. But most impressively is that you see the difference, feel the difference IMMEDIATELY!!In addition, there are oils, styling cremes and texture balms, deep conditioners and so much more..Wen is reasonably priced, with sizes ranging from travel to gallons.One last thought, they have a 30 day no hassle money back guarantee, so you really have nothing to loose and only to gain..
